Orders are officially open for the Kavenz VHP X!
Lead times are approx. 10-12 weeks due to high demand.
The VHP X combines gearbox and derailleur compatibility, three travel configurations, adjustable rear-centre lengths, and a new lugged carbon construction into a single platform designed around rider configurability.
The frame is developed, engineered, bonded, and assembled by 77designz in Münster, Germany.
ONE FRAME. THREE TRAVEL CONFIGURATIONS.
The VHP X supports three primary suspension configurations:
154 mm Rear Travel
185 × 55 mm shock
Focused on responsive handling, efficient power transfer, and technical trail riding.
177 mm Rear Travel
205 × 65 mm shock
A balanced enduro configuration combining climbing efficiency, traction, and descending stability.
200 mm Rear Travel
225 × 75 mm shock
Designed for gravity-focused riding, bike parks, and downhill terrain.
The 200 mm configuration also features slightly slacker geometry for increased high-speed stability.
Reducing shock stroke by 2.5 mm reduces rear wheel travel by approximately 5 mm.
DERAILLEUR OR GEARBOX
The VHP X is available in two drivetrain architectures.
BSA
Compatible with conventional cranksets and derailleur drivetrains using a threaded BSA bottom
bracket.
Advantages include lower overall system weight, high drivetrain efficiency, and broad component
compatibility.
Pinion Smart.Shift
Built around the Pinion Smart.Shift gearbox platform.
Advantages include centralized mass, reduced maintenance, lower unsprung weight, drivetrain
protection, and consistent shifting performance in demanding conditions
